1. Support category intelligence management, including category analysis, spend and risk analysis, and best practices implementation.
2. Assist in managing the preferred suppliers list and propose value creation initiatives such as rationalization opportunities.
3. Enhance category performance reporting.
4. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to advise on sourcing strategies and contribute to the definition of requirements.
5. Negotiate terms to optimize total cost of ownership, including pricing, terms and conditions, and service level agreements.
6. Provide procurement support throughout technology projects, including managing RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, and overseeing contract renewals.
7. Ensure compliance with negotiated terms.

1. Enrollment in the fourth or fifth year of a master's degree program, majoring in Procurement.
2. Fluency in English and French.
3. Availability for a 6-month internship starting in September 2025.
4. Possession of an internship agreement with a school or university.

1. Clear communication and teamwork abilities to achieve objectives and deliver value.
2. Curiosity and structured thinking with excellent analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in procurement is essential.

Currently pursuing a master's degree in Procurement.
