- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand vacancies and define interview processes.
- Interview candidates to assess competencies and maintain relationships with potential hires.
- Provide hiring managers with a diverse shortlist of candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS, social media, and job boards.
- Communicate labor market trends and recommend innovative recruitment strategies.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in staffing committees and talent sharing meetings.
- Manage external vendor contracts for key searches.
- Create digital job advertisements and coordinate local job fairs.
- Track recruitment metrics and present findings to senior leadership.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at both boutique and corporate levels.
- Proven ability to manage a high requisition count while maintaining strong relationships.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment of sales associates preferred.
- Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence and negotiate.
- Expert communication and interpersonal skills.
- Digital proficiency with ATS, social media, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong team collaboration and resource-sharing abilities.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Empathy and adaptability in challenging situations.
3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment, particularly in high-volume environments and luxury sectors.
Expected salary range: $110,000 to $125,000 plus incentives. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
