1. Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand vacancies and define interview processes.
2. Interview candidates to assess competencies and maintain relationships with potential hires.
3. Provide hiring managers with a diverse shortlist of candidates.
4. Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS, social media, and job boards.
5. Communicate labor market trends and recommend innovative recruitment strategies.
6. Develop relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to enhance service delivery.
7. Participate in staffing committees and talent sharing meetings.
8. Manage external vendor contracts for key searches.
9. Create digital job advertisements and coordinate local job fairs.
10. Track recruitment metrics and present findings to senior leadership.

1. 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at both boutique and corporate levels.
2. Proven ability to manage a high requisition count while maintaining strong relationships.
3. Experience in high-volume recruitment of sales associates preferred.
4. Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to changing circumstances.
5. Strong presentation skills and ability to influence and negotiate.

3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment, particularly in high-volume environments and luxury sectors.

Expected salary range: $110,000 to $125,000 plus incentives. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
