1. Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for new graduates and internship programs in Japan.
2. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
3. Streamline program delivery by collaborating with Maisons and key stakeholders.
4. Gather data on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
5. Engage in name gathering and organizational mapping.
6. Identify key market competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
7. Network with key universities to attract top talent.
8. Promote Richemont's Employer Branding initiatives to active candidates.
9. Participate in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
10. Build relationships with targeted universities through employer branding initiatives and campus visits.
11. Develop partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand their needs.
12. Create tailored recruitment strategies by Maison and function.
13. Collaborate with recruitment agencies to manage applicants and interview processes.
14. Ensure compliance with Group guidelines through diligent use of systems and tools.
15. Report on recruitment processes to internal stakeholders.
16. Process invoices and employee referral payments in a timely manner.

1. 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment or project management.
2. Industry experience in retail or luxury goods is advantageous.
3. Ability to influence stakeholders across teams and functions.
4. Proven track record of delivering against goals in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of global, cross-regional teams.
6. Fluency in both Japanese and English.
