1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various retail operational roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

3. Collaborate with Boutique Management, HR, and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
4. Utilize diverse sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
5. Conduct thorough interviews and competency-based assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
6. Manage the offer process in partnership with HR, ensuring competitive and attractive packages.
7. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize talent acquisition processes.
8. Support university recruitment initiatives and lead assessment days for high-volume recruitment.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
2. 3+ years of talent acquisition experience.
3. Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).
