- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various retail operational roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for critical skill areas, proactively engaging with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with Boutique Management, HR, and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and competency-based assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the offer process in partnership with HR, ensuring competitive and attractive packages.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize talent acquisition processes.
- Support university recruitment initiatives and lead assessment days for high-volume recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage and convince potential passive candidates.
- Agility in stakeholder management.
- Ability to navigate and master various online and offline sourcing channels.
- Data accuracy and organizational skills.
- Empathy and active listening skills.
A minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
