1. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition community to understand and execute the full cycle of Talent Acquisition processes.
2. Engage with various Talent Acquisition Partners to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
3. Receive comprehensive training on recruitment procedures, tools, and best practices.
4. Develop expertise in headhunting and managing candidate relationships to expand talent networks.
5. Apply a Diversity & Inclusion perspective to all talent activities, ensuring unbiased recruitment practices.
6. Support Talent Acquisition experts in expanding talent pools and anticipating future business needs.
7. Ensure all public activities align with Richemont's Employer Branding directives.
8. Assist with University and School initiatives as required.
9. Utilize recruitment systems and manage data effectively to support Talent Acquisition success.

This is a paid internship, including commuting allowance reimbursement.
