- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition community to understand the full cycle of the Talent Acquisition process.
- Engage with various Talent Acquisition Partners and business units to build strong pipelines of future talent.
- Receive comprehensive training on procedures, tools, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Learn effective headhunting methods and candidate relationship management to expand talent networks.
- Apply a Diversity & Inclusion lens to all talent activities to ensure unbiased talent identification.
- Support Talent Acquisition experts in expanding talent pools and anticipating future business needs.
- Ensure all public activities align with Employer Branding directives to represent Richemont and its Maisons effectively.
- Assist with University and School initiatives as needed.
- Utilize systems and manage data accurately to support the success of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Enrollment in a university program for the entire duration of the internship.
- Fluency in German or French and English.
- Curiosity and ability to learn about industries, markets, and technology.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple activities and use resources efficiently.
- Accuracy in data management within recruitment systems.
- Empathy and active listening skills to assess talent effectively.
- Perseverance and resilience in overcoming challenges.
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources is essential.
Currently enrolled in a university program.
Paid internship with commuting allowance reimbursement.
