Richemont Supply and Matching/QC Supervisor

1. Ensure adherence to established SOPs for non-technical processes, including matching repairs with spare parts, transferring and organizing repairs, managing FlowBacks, kit boxes, and workshop supplies.
2. Monitor local subcontractors' spare parts needs and ensure FIFO logic for work organization.
3. Drive operational performance regarding lead-times for Material, Ready to Repair, and Technical QC tasks.
4. Ensure adherence to SOPs for technical QC processes, including pressure tests, esthetical controls, functional controls, 0h-24h tests, and power reserve tests.
5. Provide feedback and analyses to Technical Management for resource and skill allocation.
6. Support root cause analyses and assist in defining long-term action plans based on business needs.
7. Approve timesheets, manage staff scheduling, track attendance, and address attendance issues.
8. Monitor team productivity and quality of work, escalating performance issues to Management/HR.
9. Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and create individual performance improvement plans.
10. Lead by example, demonstrating company policies and procedures, and motivate team members.
11. Encourage staff development through training, coaching, and mentoring, and participate in recruitment.

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a business-related field is a plus, or equivalent work experience.
2. Experience in stock and inventory management; experience in after-sales is an added value.
3. Knowledge of quality control processes.
4. Team management experience.
5. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
6. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
7. Client and solution-oriented mindset.
8. Fluency in English.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a business-related field is a plus, or equivalent work experience.
