- Deliver personalised styling consultations for private and walk-in clients, including wardrobe editing, bespoke look creation and occasion dressing.
- Cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up appointments and VIP servicing.
- Translate product knowledge into compelling, luxury-appropriate recommendations across jewellery, accessories and apparel.
- Coordinate private appointments, fittings and trunk shows; manage appointment schedules and ensure discretion for high-profile clients.
- Collaborate with sales advisors, visual merchandising and store management to ensure cohesive presentation and optimal selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM with preferences, purchases and follow-up actions.
- Support commercial objectives by converting consultations into sales and contributing to boutique KPIs.
- Provide feedback to buying and merchandising teams on client trends, fit issues and assortment needs.
- Proven experience as a stylist, personal shopper or senior client advisor within the luxury retail or fashion sector.
- Deep understanding of luxury product craft, fit and materials, with the ability to articulate provenance and value to clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and a reputation for delivering white‑glove service to high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
