1. Deliver personalised styling consultations for private and walk-in clients, including wardrobe editing, bespoke look creation and occasion dressing.

3. Translate product knowledge into compelling, luxury-appropriate recommendations across jewellery, accessories and apparel.
4. Coordinate private appointments, fittings and trunk shows; manage appointment schedules and ensure discretion for high-profile clients.
5. Collaborate with sales advisors, visual merchandising and store management to ensure cohesive presentation and optimal selling opportunities.
6. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM with preferences, purchases and follow-up actions.
7. Support commercial objectives by converting consultations into sales and contributing to boutique KPIs.
8. Provide feedback to buying and merchandising teams on client trends, fit issues and assortment needs.

1. Proven experience as a stylist, personal shopper or senior client advisor within the luxury retail or fashion sector.
2. Deep understanding of luxury product craft, fit and materials, with the ability to articulate provenance and value to clients.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and a reputation for delivering white‑glove service to high‑net‑worth clientele.
4. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
5. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
6. Professional presentation and the ability to manage confidential client relationships with tact.
