Richemont Stock Controller

- Maintain accurate stock records through daily reconciliation of physical inventory and system balances across stores, workshops and central warehouses.
- Plan, execute and supervise cycle counts, full stocktakes and ad hoc audits; investigate and resolve variances, implementing corrective actions to reduce shrinkage.
- Manage goods receipt, transfers and returns processes; ensure incoming and outgoing movements are recorded in the ERP/WMS and comply with company procedures.
- Produce and distribute regular inventory reports and KPIs (stock accuracy, turnover, ageing, shrinkage) to commercial, logistics and store teams; support stock forecasting and replenishment decisions.
- Operate and optimise stock-control workflows and controls in collaboration with store teams, logistics partners and internal stakeholders to improve stock availability and operational efficiency.
- Support investigations into loss prevention, damaged goods and warranty movements; enforce handling and storage standards to protect brand assets.
- Proven numerical accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a high-volume retail environment.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Professional integrity and discretion when handling high-value merchandise.
- SAP (MM/WM) or equivalent ERP experience
- Microsoft Excel (advanced: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
- RF barcode scanning systems and handheld data terminals
- Cycle counting and stock reconciliation
- Inventory control procedures and loss-prevention practices
- KPI reporting and basic data analysis
Typically 2–4 years of hands-on experience in inventory control, stock management or logistics within retail, wholesale or luxury goods environments; previous exposure to multi-site store networks and high-value merchandise is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance or a related discipline preferred; substantial relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
