1. Collaborate closely with a dynamic team to enhance stock management processes across 60 boutiques in Paris and southern France.
2. Propose and implement innovative solutions for process optimization and task automation.
3. Generate regular stock performance reports and communicate findings to Maison and boutique management.
4. Conduct training sessions for boutique staff, both remotely and in-person.
5. Monitor daily stock levels, analyze discrepancies, and update data accordingly.
6. Conduct in-store audits to ensure compliance with commercial rules, financial procedures, and French regulations.
7. Proactively resolve issues related to boutique operations in collaboration with internal teams.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Management, Business School, or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in management control, retail, or internal audit is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools like Power BI.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in management control, retail, or internal audit is advantageous.
