1. Conduct insightful data analysis from software inventories, usage, and compliance checks to inform decision-making.
2. Collaborate with professionals to ensure software license compliance and identify optimization opportunities.
3. Participate in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SAM function.
4. Assist in creating training materials and conducting sessions to promote software asset awareness.
5. Maintain a comprehensive inventory of software assets and ensure accurate documentation.
6. Contribute to the expansion of the SAM program using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

1. Master’s student or recent graduate in Business or Engineering.
2. Strong desire to enter the field of Data Engineering and Project Management.

1. Effective communication skills in English and ideally French.
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
3. Proactive and enthusiastic team player.
4. Comfortable working independently and in groups.
5. Interest in software management and cost optimization.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
7. Experience in Agile/Scrum project coordination.
8. Understanding of IT Asset Management is an asset.
9. Engineering or related training for technical integration is an asset.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in data engineering and project management is essential.

Master’s degree in Business or Engineering or recent graduate.
