Richemont Social Media Manager

- Define and execute a holistic social media strategy aligned with the maison’s brand positioning, seasonal product launches and long-term marketing objectives.
- Develop and manage the editorial calendar, commissioning and producing premium visual and editorial content adapted to each platform and market.
- Oversee community management and reputation monitoring, ensuring brand tone of voice, timely responses and escalation of sensitive issues.
- Plan and deliver performance-driven paid social campaigns in collaboration with media teams and external agencies; manage budgets and optimisation.
- Build and maintain influencer and talent partnerships, negotiating briefs, usage rights and reporting on campaign ROI.
- Generate rigorous performance reporting and actionable insights using analytics to inform creative, channel mix and investment decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with PR, retail, product, e‑commerce and legal teams to ensure compliant, omni-channel activations and local market adaptations.
- Line-manage or supervise external agencies, freelancers and content creators to guarantee quality, brand consistency and delivery timelines.
- Proven record of strategic social media leadership for a luxury, premium or fashion brand.
- Strong editorial judgement with the ability to craft platform-specific narratives and visual directions.
- Demonstrable experience managing paid social campaigns and working with external agencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating with PR, retail and e‑commerce teams.
- Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in French is highly desirable for the Meyrin/Geneva context.

Five or more years of progressive experience in social media or digital communications, with at least three years in a managerial or lead role for a luxury or premium brand. Proven track record of running integrated organic and paid social campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications in digital marketing or brand communications are advantageous.
