Richemont Senior Supply Chain Analyst

1. Meet team KPIs for lead-time, service level, and shortage rate.
2. Calculate and upload safety stock settings in coordination with central Maison teams.
3. Daily review and resolution of any blocking points in procurement and logistics flow.
4. Perform data and root cause analysis to resolve shortage delays.
5. Facilitate kit implementation and updates for repair centers.
6. Liaise with local and central Maison teams to ensure master data integrity and reliable spare parts flow.
7. Respond to and resolve supply chain team inquiries daily.
8. Analyze and coordinate stock returns and redistribution to improve stock availability.
9. Approach tasks with a Lean mindset.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Data Science preferred.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or Business Analytics.
3. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud preferred.
4. Proven Excel and MS Office skills required.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
7. Pro-active, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
8. Advanced organizational skills with consistent follow-through.
