Richemont Senior Security Coordinator

1. Support the Security, Health, Safety, and Environment (SHSE) team by facilitating communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
2. Assist Security Managers in addressing operational issues and conducting performance reviews of service levels.
3. Coordinate with relevant parties to gather information for incident investigations and reviews.
4. Maintain and review information related to physical security and health-and-safety standards to ensure compliance with group policies.
5. Collaborate with store planning and administration teams to implement physical and technical security measures.
6. Coordinate with third-party security vendors to execute required security tasks.
7. Provide administrative support to the PSHSE Director, including data management, report preparation, and statistics.
8. Facilitate communication and coordination between Security Managers and other departments.
9. Assist in conducting security risk assessments and developing security plans for company events.
10. Support the PSHSE Director in managing security-related incidents at events.
11. Provide secretarial and organizational support to the PSHSE Director, including meeting organization and travel arrangements.
12. Act as a liaison between the PSHSE Director and external parties, setting up meetings and maintaining communication.
13. Prepare presentations and reports for key meetings by researching and collating information from various sources.
14. Manage incoming correspondence efficiently and maintain effective filing systems.
15. Perform other duties related to security, health, and safety as directed by the PSHSE Director.

1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an international company, with exposure to supporting senior leaders.

3. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an international company, supporting senior leadership.
