Richemont Senior Scrum Master

1. Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Salesforce development teams, guiding the team through the Agile process and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
2. Collaborate closely with Technical Team Lead, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
3. Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
4. Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
5. Work closely with Salesforce Marketing Cloud developers and administrators to understand technical requirements and constraints.
6. Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability.
7. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices.
9. Promote a positive team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least one year in a Salesforce environment.
4. Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration is an asset.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
6. Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr suitable.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Fluent English required.
