1. Lead the design, rollout, maintenance, and support of core Customer Services solutions and integrated applications.
2. Capture and translate business requirements into innovative solutions ensuring seamless integration with Finance, Logistics, and other enterprise functions.
3. Act as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders, delivering reliable and scalable solutions.
4. Evaluate system issues and proactively suggest enhancements to enrich the solution.
5. Assist the Tech Team Lead in estimating and challenging the implementation effort.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations and provide recommendations for change.
7. Attend Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and maintain status of activities in Jira and/or ServiceNow.
8. Contribute to and enforce best practices in the developed product.
9. Develop a customer-oriented mindset and a culture of trust and transparency.
10. Respect internal compliance rules and adhere to local legislations.

1. Minimum 10 years of proven work experience as a Senior SAP Consultant/Solution Architect.
2. Hands-on experience with ECC6, CS/SD, SOLMAN, Postman, Confluence, JIRA, API, and event-driven architectures.
3. Experience with S/4 HANA is an asset.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with high attention to detail.
5. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues autonomously.
6. Confident in delivering workshops and presentations to senior stakeholders.
7. Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and its ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban).

1. Proficiency in SAP CS, SAP SD, SAP PM, SAP IS-Retail modules.
2. Integration with Finance and Logistics.
3. Basic knowledge of SAP Authorization, Output Management, and Pricing/Resource-Related Billing.
4. Familiarity with Equipment/Serialized Products and integration technologies such as oDATA, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture.
5. Experience with SAP PO / SAP Gateway.
6. Ability to read, debug, and troubleshoot ABAP.
7. Keen to learn other technologies, such as PEGA, Salesforce.

Minimum 10 years of proven work experience as a Senior SAP Consultant/Solution Architect.

B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
