- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition and relationship development.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and prospective clients, delivering tailored clienteling and follow-up.
- Provide authoritative product advice and communicate technical horological features with clarity and professionalism.
- Execute boutique merchandising and visual standards to preserve the brand’s aesthetic and presentation guidelines.
- Coordinate after‑sales service enquiries and liaise with regional service centres to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage stock, deliveries and inventory controls in accordance with brand processes and loss‑prevention protocols.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff; contribute to in-store training and knowledge sharing.
- Represent the brand at client events, trunk shows and private appointments as required.
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with consistent achievement of targets.
- Demonstrable knowledge of or strong interest in haute horlogerie; prior experience selling watches or fine jewellery preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and clienteling skills with a focus on discretion and long-term relationship building.
- Professional presentation, polished communication skills and the ability to present technical product details to discerning clients.
