1. Lead a team managing the APAC financial supply chain across 10+ markets.
2. Drive strategic development and operational efficiency of regional cash management and customer payment services.
3. Optimize cash management in alignment with Group Treasury strategy.
4. Oversee cash management, liquidity, cashflow forecasting, and banking structures.
5. Lead Treasury-related projects such as cash pool implementation and Treasury Management System deployment.
6. Enhance cash management practices for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Develop regional treasury operation guidelines and documentation.
8. Manage regional banker relationships and service monitoring.
9. Define and implement Retail and E-commerce customer payment strategies.
10. Oversee customer payment trends, fraud risks, and new payment solutions.
11. Analyze payment and fraud risk KPIs to enhance business opportunities.
12. Lead Group CPS project implementation and automation initiatives.
13. Manage regional governance on new customer payment services.
14. Conduct quarterly business reviews with Group, market Finance, and Digital functions.
15. Manage relationships with global/regional payment services vendors.
16. Lead and develop a high-performing Regional Treasury team.
17. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.

1. University degree in Finance and Accounting or related field.

1. Expertise in cash management processes and liquidity structures.
2. Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems and customer payment methods.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a professional team.

A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in regional treasury within a retail multinational corporation, focusing on Corporate Treasury and Customer Payment Services.

University degree in Finance and Accounting or related field.
