Richemont Senior Project Manager - China Affairs

1. Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of the Chinese economy, society, policy, companies, and clientele.
2. Research and forecast trends in Chinese outbound tourism and domestic market insights.
3. Provide ad-hoc research according to the requests of Richemont Maisons.
4. Offer internal support on strategic and operational planning for Maisons.
5. Support the development of Maison's Chinese business structure at both HQ and market levels.
6. Initiate discussions on Chinese market and clientele development with senior management teams of Maisons.
7. Construct and implement operational action plans for priority markets of Maisons.
8. Optimize relationships and develop business with existing global partners.
9. Identify new potential partners and local diaspora communities in key markets, fostering collaboration with Richemont Maisons' local teams.
10. Initiate partnerships with local specialized partners to access their HNWI Chinese network.
11. Initiate, implement, and follow-up on projects to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Maisons and business partners.

1. Master's degree or higher in Economics, International Relations, or Management.
2. 3-5 years of experience in economic analysis and/or business development.
3. Fluency in English and French, with mandatory proficiency in Chinese.

1. In-depth knowledge of Chinese macro/micro economy and the luxury industry.
2. Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Impeccable analytical skills for editorial and research purposes.
4. Detail-oriented in implementing business development projects.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex issues and manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

3-5 years of experience in economic analysis and/or business development.

Master's degree or higher in Economics, International Relations, or Management.
