Richemont Senior Platforms Engineer

The Group Technology Enterprise Integration Team is at the forefront of technological advancements, providing cutting-edge solutions that support the global operations of Richemont and its Maisons.

1. Collaborate with developers, support staff, and other team members to develop, maintain, support, and operate the API Management platform (Kong) and Enterprise Messaging platform (Solace).
2. Integrate the platform with various external systems.
3. Develop, maintain, and deploy infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
4. Develop, maintain, operate, and support CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for automating tasks and deploying services on Kubernetes clusters.
5. Operate services on Kubernetes across GCP, AWS, and Alibaba.
6. Maintain and operate the Developer Portal based on Drupal.
7. Maintain and operate the API Design Center developed in Python and React.
8. Maintain and operate the Queue Management Tool written in Java/Spring Boot and Angular.
9. Participate in the development and deployment of platforms based on Kubernetes.
10. Contribute to the creation, publishing, and maintenance of Docker images.
11. Support the creation of technical documents, how-to guides, and other technical articles in English.

1. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in both development and operations.
3. Strong knowledge in cloud computing platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Alibaba.
4. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
5. Experience building GitOps pipelines with Terraform and GitLab.
6. Fluent English required; other languages such as French, Italian, or Chinese are a plus.

2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to communicate with technical and business teams at all levels.
4. Good knowledge of service delivery management.
5. Experience with Atlassian Suite, mainly Confluence and Jira.
6. Good knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

Extensive experience in software architecture, development lifecycle, and technology concepts such as APIs, Events, micro-services, Cloud hosting, CRM (e.g., Salesforce platform), and ERP (e.g., SAP).

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
