Richemont Senior Manager, Operational HSE (Campuses)

- Define and implement the group HSE strategy for multi-site campus operations, ensuring alignment with corporate policy and business objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop the campuses HSE team and oversee local HSE coordinators across sites.
- Manage compliance with applicable health, safety and environmental legislation and industry standards at all campus locations.
- Establish and maintain HSE management systems (including ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 frameworks), policies and procedures tailored to campus operations.
- Conduct and supervise risk assessments, site audits, inspections and corrective action plans to mitigate operational hazards.
- Oversee incident and near‑miss investigations, root‑cause analysis and the implementation of remedial measures to prevent recurrence.
- Drive emergency preparedness and business continuity planning, including exercises and training for operations and security teams.
- Coordinate contractor and third‑party HSE management, including prequalification, on‑site controls and permit‑to‑work processes.
- Prepare regular HSE performance reports and KPIs for senior leadership and participate in governance committees.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and HSE awareness programs to embed a proactive safety culture across campuses.
- Degree in engineering, occupational health & safety, environmental science or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH or equivalent; ISO 45001/14001 lead auditor or implementer qualification highly desirable.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Swiss and EU health, safety and environmental legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Fluency in HSE governance, audit methodology and incident investigation techniques.

Extensive HSE experience (typically 8+ years) with at least 4–6 years in a leadership or managerial capacity managing multi‑site operations; prior exposure to campus, industrial or manufacturing environments—preferably within luxury goods, precision manufacturing, pharmaceuticals or high‑tech sectors.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, occupational health & safety, environmental science or equivalent; master's degree or relevant advanced qualification preferred.
