Richemont Senior Manager, Operational HSE (Campuses)

1. Define and implement the group HSE strategy for multi-site campus operations, ensuring alignment with corporate policy and business objectives.
2. Lead, coach and develop the campuses HSE team and oversee local HSE coordinators across sites.
3. Manage compliance with applicable health, safety and environmental legislation and industry standards at all campus locations.
4. Establish and maintain HSE management systems (including ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 frameworks), policies and procedures tailored to campus operations.
5. Conduct and supervise risk assessments, site audits, inspections and corrective action plans to mitigate operational hazards.
6. Oversee incident and near‑miss investigations, root‑cause analysis and the implementation of remedial measures to prevent recurrence.
7. Drive emergency preparedness and business continuity planning, including exercises and training for operations and security teams.
8. Coordinate contractor and third‑party HSE management, including prequalification, on‑site controls and permit‑to‑work processes.
9. Prepare regular HSE performance reports and KPIs for senior leadership and participate in governance committees.
10. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and HSE awareness programs to embed a proactive safety culture across campuses.

1. Degree in engineering, occupational health & safety, environmental science or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
2. Professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH or equivalent; ISO 45001/14001 lead auditor or implementer qualification highly desirable.
3. Demonstrable knowledge of Swiss and EU health, safety and environmental legislation and regulatory requirements.
4. Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
5. Fluency in HSE governance, audit methodology and incident investigation techniques.

Extensive HSE experience (typically 8+ years) with at least 4–6 years in a leadership or managerial capacity managing multi‑site operations; prior exposure to campus, industrial or manufacturing environments—preferably within luxury goods, precision manufacturing, pharmaceuticals or high‑tech sectors.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, occupational health & safety, environmental science or equivalent; master's degree or relevant advanced qualification preferred.
