1. Develop and implement a legal strategy aligning with the global and Americas legal vision for Mexico.
2. Provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of issues including employment, data privacy, and competition matters.
3. Collaborate with global and regional legal teams to achieve company goals.
4. Advise on corporate governance and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
5. Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations.
6. Manage and supervise external legal counsel efficiently.
7. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
8. Ensure compliance with laws related to anti-corruption, data privacy, and consumer protection.
9. Monitor changes in local laws and advise on potential legal risks.
10. Partner with executive teams on crisis management matters.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
2. Admission to the Mexican bar.
3. More than 10 years of legal experience, preferably in both law firm and in-house roles.
4. Fluency in English and Spanish.

Over 10 years of legal experience, ideally within the luxury goods, retail, or consumer products industries, with significant exposure to international company operations.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
