1. Ensure regional internal controls are effective, adequate, and compliant with Richemont standards and local regulations.
2. Build strong, independent relationships with management to foster open communication and provide risk consultation.
3. Regularly engage with local Maison teams and Regional Functions to stay informed on emerging compliance topics.
4. Perform substantive testing using data analysis tools to confirm control effectiveness and compliance.
5. Document observations and recommendations in reports for Group headquarters and/or Regional Management, and monitor issue resolution.
6. Advise Maisons and Richemont Functions on control-related projects, such as anti-fraud workshops.
7. Stay updated on potential fraud schemes and participate in fraud investigations.
8. Assess business risks within transversal processes and evaluate regulatory compliance frameworks.
9. Conduct independent assessments of process setups across multiple Maisons and Regional Functions.
10. Identify, analyze, and report on applicable compliance aspects, assessing the effectiveness of related Group regulatory and control frameworks.
11. Serve as a controls expert on worldwide internal audit assignments for Maisons, Regions, and project activities as per the Audit Committee's approved plan.
12. Conduct independent financial and operational audits according to the global plan.
13. Identify, analyze, and report on business risks, process, and control weaknesses, providing sound recommendations and following up on corrective actions.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business.
2. 5-8 years of experience in audit and other relevant business fields.
3. CIA, CISA, or ACFE certifications are a plus.
4. Proficiency in business reporting in English; business proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus.
5. Experience with investigations related to fraud risks and regulatory compliance in North America.
6. Computer literate with strong knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
7. Functional and technical knowledge of SAP (FI, MM, SD) is a plus.
8. Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills.
9. Empathetic with a good team spirit.
10. Culturally versatile with an international perspective, suitable for a complex organization.
11. Analytical with critical thinking skills and the ability to synthesize information and distinguish facts from opinions.
12. Autonomous and well-organized.
13. Flexible and willing to travel up to 30% of the time.

5-8 years of experience in audit and other relevant business fields, with a focus on fraud risks and regulatory compliance in North America.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business.

Expected Salary Range for this position is $140,000 – 150,000 plus incentives.
