1. Implement the HR strategy of Van Cleef & Arpels within France and Monaco.
2. Act as a strategic Business Partner to management and employees.
3. Oversee a team of over 150 employees, primarily in retail.
4. Supervise a Human Resources Manager.
5. Advise on organizational development, talent attraction and retention, and compensation policies.
6. Manage performance, disciplinary actions, and social climate.
7. Collaborate with Richemont France HR departments including learning, compensation & benefits, talent, payroll, and legal.

1. Proven experience as a generalist in Human Resources.
2. Strategic vision and operational capabilities.
3. Proficiency in French and English.
4. In-depth knowledge of French labor law.
