1. Partner with Specialist Watchmakers Maisons to analyze performance against benchmarks and plans.
2. Lead regular business meetings with CFOs and Heads of Controlling of Specialist Watchmakers.
3. Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing performance, focusing on key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
4. Share insights on Group performance to support decision-making within Maison finance teams.
5. Manage the Commitment Approval Request process for Specialist Watchmakers Maisons, ensuring compliance.
6. Analyze and benchmark Gross Margin performance across the Group.
7. Measure the impact of Foreign Exchange fluctuations on the Group P&L.
8. Provide sensitivity and scenario analysis to support informed decision-making.
9. Lead various ad-hoc projects to design and execute financial solutions to complex business challenges.

1. Business school or University degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of experience in multinational, structured, and complex organizations.
3. Proven track record in managing, budgeting, and reporting financial statements.

1. Mastery of financial reporting, analysis, and benchmarking.
2. Skilled in designing, modeling, and challenging financial planning scenarios.
3. Familiarity with financial reporting and planning systems such as SAP and Anaplan.
4. Fluency in English; French is a plus.
5. Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
6. Ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines.
7. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

Over 5 years of experience in multinational, structured, and complex organizations, with a proven track record in managing, budgeting, and reporting financial statements.

Business school or University degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or related fields.
