Richemont Senior Financial Analyst

- Partner with Specialist Watchmakers Maisons to analyze performance against benchmarks and plans.
- Lead regular business meetings with CFOs and Heads of Controlling of Specialist Watchmakers.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing performance, focusing on key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Share insights on Group performance to support decision-making within Maison finance teams.
- Manage the Commitment Approval Request process for Specialist Watchmakers Maisons, ensuring compliance.
- Analyze and benchmark Gross Margin performance across the Group.
- Measure the impact of Foreign Exchange fluctuations on the Group P&L.
- Provide sensitivity and scenario analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Lead various ad-hoc projects to design and execute financial solutions to complex business challenges.
- Business school or University degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or related fields.
- More than 5 years of experience in multinational, structured, and complex organizations.
- Proven track record in managing, budgeting, and reporting financial statements.
- Mastery of financial reporting, analysis, and benchmarking.
- Skilled in designing, modeling, and challenging financial planning scenarios.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and planning systems such as SAP and Anaplan.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Over 5 years of experience in multinational, structured, and complex organizations, with a proven track record in managing, budgeting, and reporting financial statements.
Business school or University degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or related fields.
