Richemont Senior Finance Controller

1. Construct and manage the brand’s budget and latest financial trends, including cost controls and financial analysis.
2. Provide timely financial data to aid decision-making and capital investment analysis.
3. Support regional and headquarters offices by providing various forms of financial analysis to understand the local market.
4. Monitor relevant KPIs and communicate findings to brand management.
5. Support business leaders in respective brands with financial insights.
6. Establish standard metrics for measuring, reporting, and tracking performance, focusing on productivity and profitability of boutiques.
7. Develop and implement standard operating and financial procedures and best practices to support brand operations.
8. Identify opportunities for cost reductions and profit improvements, and recommend plans to address them.
9. Contribute to strategy development and implementation.
10. Optimize cash flows to support the company’s resource needs.
11. Lead key brand projects and present figures in FP&A meetings.
12. Participate in ad-hoc FP&A and finance projects.

1. Experience in a financial role covering Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, and general finance.
2. Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, management reporting, and forecasting.
3. Entrepreneurial and agile mindset.

5. Solid financial background and business acumen.
6. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
7. Excellent communication skills with business partners.

9. High learning agility for finance technologies and systems such as BI, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), and Power BI.
10. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
