- Oversee and analyze all monthly expense entries.
- Conduct necessary accounting reclassifications.
- Manage monthly and annual expense provisions.
- Coordinate intercompany processes and liaise with the global team.
- Monitor and verify the GRIR account.
- Collaborate with logistics and import teams to track in-transit inventory and make necessary monthly provisions.
- Update and review monthly results prior to reporting.
- Perform relevant accounting reconciliations.
- Support interns with supplier invoice entries.
- Assist area analysts and the accounting coordinator with monthly demands.
- Facilitate audit processes.
- Calculate IRPJ and CSLL.
- Complete and analyze the Sped Contábil and ECF.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in IRPJ/CSLL calculation.
- Proficiency in SAP is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
A minimum of five years in the accounting field is required, with a focus on expense management and intercompany processes.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
