1. Oversee and analyze all monthly expense entries.
2. Conduct necessary accounting reclassifications.
3. Manage monthly and annual expense provisions.
4. Coordinate intercompany processes and liaise with the global team.
5. Monitor and verify the GRIR account.
6. Collaborate with logistics and import teams to track in-transit inventory and make necessary monthly provisions.
7. Update and review monthly results prior to reporting.
8. Perform relevant accounting reconciliations.
9. Support interns with supplier invoice entries.
10. Assist area analysts and the accounting coordinator with monthly demands.
11. Facilitate audit processes.
12. Calculate IRPJ and CSLL.
13. Complete and analyze the Sped Contábil and ECF.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Experience in IRPJ/CSLL calculation.
5. Proficiency in SAP is desirable.

2. Proficiency in accounting software.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

A minimum of five years in the accounting field is required, with a focus on expense management and intercompany processes.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
