Richemont Security Manager

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols for warehouse facilities, ensuring alignment with best practices and Richemont Group standards.
- Ensure security measures are in place to prevent theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, and other security breaches.
- Maintain and redesign electronic security systems, including CCTV, alarms, access controls, and metal detection, to meet the evolving needs of each facility.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and threats.
- Stay informed on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
- Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents, including theft and fraud, and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
- Develop and manage budgets for warehouse facilities, monitor security expenditures, and identify opportunities to optimize spending without compromising security effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and contract security forces, including supervisors and officers assigned to the locations.
- Serve as a liaison with law enforcement agencies and security vendors, and provide security awareness training to employees.
- Supervise and train security officers, ensuring effective performance and adherence to protocols.
- Manage and develop security supervisors, providing ongoing training, development, and performance feedback.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in security management and private law enforcement; military service is a plus.
- Direct experience with distribution or fulfillment center security.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail in observation and report writing.
- Understanding of logistics workflow and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of electronic security systems.
A minimum of three years in security management and private law enforcement, with direct experience in distribution or fulfillment center security.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
