Richemont Security, Health & Safety Manager

- Lead and enhance the country's physical and operational security functions in alignment with Richemont's security strategy.
- Serve as the primary contact for the country's security operations, ensuring proactive management of projects and incident reporting.
- Develop and implement security specifications, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, including local functions, brands, external vendors, and government bodies.
- Organize induction programs and on-the-job training for security personnel.
- Stay informed on industry trends, security issues, and technological advancements.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and implement necessary mitigation measures.
- Support the development and compliance of Health & Safety regulations and conduct workplace accident investigations.
- Advise on security measures for boutiques, including construction and technical specifications.
- Lead the development of security concepts for key events and ensure successful management.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with security directives and best practices.
- University degree or higher.
- Board certified ASIS CPP or PSP is advantageous.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in multinational companies, preferably in a regional role.
- Expertise in security risk assessment and management.
- Strong leadership and influence management skills.
- Proficiency in developing process flows and solving complex problems.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a matrix organization.
- Business acumen with financial and project management knowledge.
A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in security management within multinational companies, ideally in a regional role.
University degree or higher.
