1. Lead and enhance the country's physical and operational security functions in alignment with Richemont's security strategy.
2. Serve as the primary contact for the country's security operations, ensuring proactive management of projects and incident reporting.
3. Develop and implement security specifications, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
4. Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, including local functions, brands, external vendors, and government bodies.
5. Organize induction programs and on-the-job training for security personnel.
6. Stay informed on industry trends, security issues, and technological advancements.
7. Conduct regular security risk assessments and implement necessary mitigation measures.
8. Support the development and compliance of Health & Safety regulations and conduct workplace accident investigations.
9. Advise on security measures for boutiques, including construction and technical specifications.
10. Lead the development of security concepts for key events and ensure successful management.
11. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with security directives and best practices.

1. University degree or higher.
2. Board certified ASIS CPP or PSP is advantageous.
3. 8-10 years of relevant experience in multinational companies, preferably in a regional role.

2. Strong leadership and influence management skills.
3. Proficiency in developing process flows and solving complex problems.
4. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and within a matrix organization.
6. Business acumen with financial and project management knowledge.

A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in security management within multinational companies, ideally in a regional role.

University degree or higher.
