1. Establish and implement security concepts in retail locations, distribution centers, and technical centers in compliance with Group Security Directives.
2. Conduct thorough operation reviews during annual boutique visits, advising on local security operating procedures and amending security protocols.
3. Plan and manage alarm and CCTV maintenance programs, including cost analysis and quality improvement initiatives.
4. Report and manage incidents within the Group ware, conducting investigations and collaborating with police as necessary.
5. Arrange and conduct security awareness training, ensuring compliance with group security directives.
6. Coordinate the Security, Health & Safety committee activities within distribution centers and customer services.
7. Perform gap analysis with group directives and implement necessary health and safety measures.
8. Generate and communicate quarterly health and safety reports, overseeing incident investigations and preventive measures.

1. Proficiency in both Korean and English.
2. Competence in Health, Safety & Security protocols.
3. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in security, health, and safety management within a corporate environment is required.
