1. Provide technical support and solutions for Finance and Accounting departments across multiple applications and landscapes.
2. Analyze business support questions and issues, providing solutions or escalating to the next team as necessary.
3. Coordinate testing and collaborate with global IT support teams.
4. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met in collaboration with business stakeholders.
5. Participate in SAP releases, including content review for regional implications and coordination with key users.
6. Coordinate and automate testing for projects and releases.
7. Participate in internal control system reviews to ensure regional alignment with company policy.
8. Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve processes and create efficiencies.
9. Submit and support enhancement requests through implementation.
10. Document detailed support activities and provide proactive support to the Finance team.

1. College education or technical school background.
2. 3+ years of SAP Finance/Accounting experience in an integrated SAP environment.

1. Understanding of SAP Finance modules, credit card reconciliation systems, and accounting processes.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proven ability to collaborate with customers and define issues with flexibility.
6. Detail-oriented with a working knowledge of project management tasks.
7. Ability to work in a diverse, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
8. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both technical and functional audiences.

3+ years of SAP Finance/Accounting experience in an integrated SAP environment.

College education or technical school background.
