1. Develop and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
2. Implement integrations with messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, and Line.
3. Produce reusable, scalable code adhering to industry standards and best practices.
4. Review existing implementations to identify areas for improvement.
5. Maintain documentation and log technical debt for continuous improvement.
6. Ensure seamless end-to-end processes and features.
7. Engage in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and performance.
8. Collaborate with the agile team to understand, refine, and estimate requirements.
9. Ensure bug fixing and traceability through Jira.
10. Actively participate in regular agile meetings, including Daily Meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

1. Expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and AMPscript.
2. Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
3. Experience with Cloud Pages and server-side scripting.
4. Strong knowledge of data extensions, segmentation, and relational databases.
5. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize email and SMS deliverability.
6. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive email design.
7. Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM or other platforms.
8. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.
9. Exposure to Agile methodologies with experience in Jira and Confluence suites.
10. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer, Email Specialist).
11. Excellent proficiency in English.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development is required.
