1. Develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages and frameworks.
2. Participate in the complete application life cycle, including technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
3. Identify and recommend creative solutions to extend the out-of-the-box capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
4. Communicate and collaborate with technical resources such as architects, admins, configuration experts, and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and technical issues.
5. Apply best practices in development and challenge solution designs from other developers in the team.
6. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and provide updates on the development of features in the sprint.
7. Ensure functional and technical health of features developed by peers through cross-testing and involvement in all test phases.
8. Support the team in troubleshooting and delivering quality solutions to bugs raised in production.

1. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally with exposure to call-center solutions.
3. Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Developer 1 and 2, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, super badges).

1. Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce products with the ability to investigate and debug issues.
2. Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to Salesforce development (e.g., Apex, Java, JavaScript).
3. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
4. Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, experience with Jira and Confluence.
5. Previous exposure to test automation technologies and best practices is a plus.
6. Excellent proficiency in English.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development, with exposure to call-center solutions being advantageous.
