1. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements specific to the Maisons.
2. Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
3. Gather and document functional requirements, translating business needs into clear specifications.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and product teams, to design Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
5. Groom user stories and write acceptance criteria in collaboration with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders while participating in Agile ceremonies.
6. Develop a customer-oriented mindset and foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and continuous service improvement.
7. Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce enhancements and integrations.
8. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionality, identifying opportunities for innovation within the luxury industry context.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
3. Salesforce Administrator certification.
4. Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
5. Excellent proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is appreciated.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
