4. Maintain visual merchandising standards within and outside the boutique.
5. Orchestrate product promotions, highlighting the brand's heritage and craftsmanship.
6. Adhere to cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in daily cash reconciliation.
7. Uphold boutique security protocols and loss prevention measures.
8. Conduct regular inventory audits and participate in random stock checks.
9. Cultivate expertise in a designated product category.
10. Provide timely and accurate information for reporting tools.
11. Ensure boutique maintenance, upholding standards of cleanliness and organization.

1. Experience in a retail environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Passion for and experience with luxury goods.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and cultivating client relationships.
4. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

4. Language skills in English, Dutch, or German are a plus.
