1. Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.

4. Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented and stocked, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining the integrity of the point-of-sale system.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in luxury retail management are advantageous.
