Richemont Sales & Business Planning Intern

1. Support monthly sales controlling: compile, validate and reconcile sales figures and commercial KPIs for management reporting.
2. Prepare and maintain forecasts, rolling plans and budget inputs for the Sales & Commercial organisation.
3. Perform variance analyses versus plan and prior periods; produce actionable commentary and highlight drivers to stakeholders.
4. Consolidate data from sales channels and internal systems to populate dashboards and executive presentations.
5. Deliver ad‑hoc analyses to support pricing, product mix and promotional decisions in collaboration with sales and marketing.
6. Assist in cross‑functional planning projects and support month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities.
7. Prepare clear, data‑driven reports and slide decks for commercial leadership.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Controlling or a related field.
2. Strong numerical aptitude with demonstrable analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
3. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic VBA or macros desirable).
4. Excellent attention to detail, organisational discipline and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
5. Professionalism, discretion and the ability to work collaboratively across commercial and finance teams.
6. Prior internship experience in finance, controlling or commercial analytics is an advantage but not required.
