Richemont Retail Performance Manager

- Conduct comprehensive performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and action plans.
- Propose structured analyses of performance results, providing insights on sales trends, benchmarks, and KPIs.
- Monitor targets and KPIs to anticipate future sales performance and identify opportunities.
- Set and monitor yearly targets for boutiques and stylists, ensuring the team meets or exceeds them.
- Conduct monthly meetings with Retail and Boutique Managers to assess performance.
- Provide in-depth analysis for boutique performance improvement and market feedback.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on business development activities.
- Adhere to budget constraints for business development activations.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to plan sales targets and latest estimates.
- Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to guide business strategy.
- Support departments and boutiques in deploying SAP-related core systems.
- Ensure compliance with Richemont guidelines in all operational aspects of boutique operations.
- Background in retail and/or analytics.
- Experience in a cross-functional team environment.
- Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and methodical mindset.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and self-driven.
- Ability to motivate and energize staff.
- Problem-solving abilities.
Luxury brand experience is preferable. Must have experience in retail and analytics within a cross-functional team environment.
