- Conduct comprehensive 360° analyses of commercial performance to support strategic decision-making and action plans.
- Propose structured analyses of performance results, providing insights on sales trends, benchmarks, and KPIs.
- Monitor targets and KPIs to anticipate future sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in setting yearly targets for boutiques and stylists, ensuring they are met or exceeded through regular monitoring and meetings.
- Provide in-depth analysis and market feedback to refine strategies and improve boutique performance.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to plan sales targets and manage budgeting for business development activities.
- Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, in coordination with the General Manager and Retail Director.
- Identify and analyze market trends, emerging opportunities, and the competitive landscape to guide business strategy.
- Support departments and boutiques in deploying SAP-related core systems and ensure compliance with Richemont guidelines.
- Audit action plans and ensure alignment of boutique processes with company standards.
- Background in retail and/or analytics.
- Experience in a cross-functional team environment.
- Luxury brand experience is preferable.
- Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and methodical mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and self-driven.
- Ability to motivate and energize staff.
Experience in retail and analytics, preferably within a luxury brand, and working in cross-functional teams.
