1. Conduct comprehensive 360° analyses of commercial performance to support strategic decision-making and action plans.
2. Propose structured analyses of performance results, providing insights on sales trends, benchmarks, and KPIs.
3. Monitor targets and KPIs to anticipate future sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
4. Assist in setting yearly targets for boutiques and stylists, ensuring they are met or exceeded through regular monitoring and meetings.
5. Provide in-depth analysis and market feedback to refine strategies and improve boutique performance.
6. Collaborate with the Finance team to plan sales targets and manage budgeting for business development activities.
7. Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, in coordination with the General Manager and Retail Director.
8. Identify and analyze market trends, emerging opportunities, and the competitive landscape to guide business strategy.
9. Support departments and boutiques in deploying SAP-related core systems and ensure compliance with Richemont guidelines.
10. Audit action plans and ensure alignment of boutique processes with company standards.

1. Background in retail and/or analytics.
2. Experience in a cross-functional team environment.
3. Luxury brand experience is preferable.
4. Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese.
