Richemont Retail Operations Intern

Richemont is a Swiss-based luxury goods holding group comprising a portfolio of maisons across jewellery, watchmaking, leather goods and accessories. 1. Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and point-of-sale transactions
2. Assist with inventory management: stock receives, replenishment, cycle counts and stock discrepancy investigations
3. Contribute to visual merchandising and product presentation to maintain brand standards
4. Prepare and analyse basic sales and operational reports for the local retail team
5. Maintain CRM and sales records, ensure customer data is up to date and assist with appointment scheduling
6. Support loss-prevention and store compliance tasks, including documentation and audit preparation
7. Coordinate with logistics and store support teams to follow up on deliveries, repairs and inter-store transfers
8. Provide high-quality customer service on the sales floor when required and support clienteling activities

1. Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Business, Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management, or a related discipline
2. Availability to complete an internship period (typical retail internships are full-time for a defined term)
3. High attention to detail and a strong service orientation appropriate to a luxury retail environment
4. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple operational tasks under supervision
5. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends
