Richemont Retail Finance Specialist

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Richemont retail network, enhancing departmental efficiency and driving digitalization projects.
2. Ensure accuracy in retail accounting and credit card reconciliation using SAP and the Matchbox tool.
3. Manage boutique payment transactions, with a focus on bank transfers via the SAP management system.
4. Conduct boutique stock control, coordinating inventories and analyzing discrepancies.
5. Oversee the management of red-light issues in boutiques, ensuring complete registration with the Richemont Controlling Team monthly.
6. Participate as a Finance SAP key user in new retail projects, contributing to the development of the RFBO Italy Community.
7. Analyze monthly reports required by the Group's Internal Control System (ICS).

1. Prior experience within the Finance function, preferably in retail.

1. Fluency in Italian and English with excellent communication skills.
2. Strong problem-solving capabilities.
3. Meticulous attention to detail.
4. Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
5. Positive, proactive attitude with a curiosity and continuous learning mindset.
6. Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Candidates should have prior experience in a finance role, ideally within the retail sector.
