- Lead the strategic planning and execution of real estate initiatives for all maisons.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for new site acquisitions and assess the viability of current locations.
- Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with landlords and property owners to secure favorable terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and local authorities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding real estate strategies and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Manage the real estate budget and financial analysis to maximize investment returns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate management or a related field, preferably within retail.
- Proven experience in negotiating commercial leases and managing real estate portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driven and self-sufficient, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in securing advantageous real estate deals.
- In-depth understanding of the retail real estate landscape, specifically regarding department stores.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of fostering collaborative relationships.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate management or a related field, with a preference for experience within the retail sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
