- Support and monitor negotiations for retail projects involving internal boutiques in Korea.
- Coordinate with the regional leasing team to define optimal strategies.
- Align with local and central Maison’s HQ through regular reporting and meetings to enhance project visibility and decision-making processes.
- Engage in early conversations to secure prime locations.
- Anticipate and communicate potential project delays.
- Assist in market research, mapping, and analysis for new Maison launches.
- Monitor competitor activities and maintain an updated database of competitor portfolios.
- Streamline project review and validation processes with Legal and Finance teams.
- Maintain a database of all new projects.
- Coordinate standard market visit presentations for VIP visits.
- Foster strong relationships with landlords to position as a partner of choice.
- Manage lease contracts for boutique openings, relocations, expansions, and renewals, including legal reviews.
- Collaborate with JEW, SWM, F&A Maisons for sales analysis and teamwork.
- Maintain IB+EB margin/network database and conduct sales analysis.
- Negotiate BOS lease-related matters with landlords.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners.
- Strong relationship-building and management skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and result-oriented mindset.
- Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Positive energy and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective across diverse cultures.

- Attention to detail and project management proficiency.
Experience in real estate project management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
