1. Support and monitor negotiations for retail projects involving internal boutiques in Korea.
2. Coordinate with the regional leasing team to define optimal strategies.
3. Align with local and central Maison’s HQ through regular reporting and meetings to enhance project visibility and decision-making processes.
4. Engage in early conversations to secure prime locations.
5. Anticipate and communicate potential project delays.
6. Assist in market research, mapping, and analysis for new Maison launches.
7. Monitor competitor activities and maintain an updated database of competitor portfolios.
8. Streamline project review and validation processes with Legal and Finance teams.
9. Maintain a database of all new projects.
10. Coordinate standard market visit presentations for VIP visits.
11. Foster strong relationships with landlords to position as a partner of choice.
12. Manage lease contracts for boutique openings, relocations, expansions, and renewals, including legal reviews.
13. Collaborate with JEW, SWM, F&A Maisons for sales analysis and teamwork.
14. Maintain IB+EB margin/network database and conduct sales analysis.
15. Negotiate BOS lease-related matters with landlords.
