1. Conduct pressure tests on various watch models to ensure compliance with brand specifications for pressure resistance.
2. Perform esthetical and functional checks on watches, ensuring alignment with company standards for cases, pushers, dials, hands, and crystals.
3. Verify the accuracy of watch functions, including timekeeping, hand alignment, chrono-function, and wet testing.
4. Handle and maintain watch straps and tools with precision.
5. Conduct 0h-24h tests to confirm watches meet brand expectations for power reserve.

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. Technical experience in the watch industry preferred.
3. Experience with luxury brands is advantageous.

1. High level of dexterity and focus for handling small parts.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Understanding of mechanical applications is beneficial.
4. Ability to follow instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
5. Proficiency in a fast-paced environment.
6. Good communication and listening skills.
7. Basic computer skills are advantageous.

Technical experience in the watch industry is preferred, with luxury brand experience considered a plus.

High School Diploma or GED

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
