- Assist in the organization and execution of public relations and communications events and projects.
- Support the production of various PR and communications content.
- Edit and proofread press releases and presentations.
- Analyze media coverage and track relevant PR metrics.
- Update contact databases and mailing lists.
- Manage the press clip archive and scan PR and communications materials.
- Perform various administrative tasks.
- Draft and distribute communication content such as newsletters and press releases.
- Conduct stock and competitor analysis.
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Communication, PR, or Marketing.
- Previous experience in PR/Communications is advantageous.
- Familiarity with video production and photo shooting.
- Proficiency in copywriting and editing.
- Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Interest in the luxury market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
Previous working experience in public relations or communications is considered beneficial.
Master’s Degree or equivalent in Communication, PR, or Marketing.
Exposure to key decision-makers and influential individuals within the company.
