Richemont Projects & Workflow Manager

1. Oversee the department’s annual budget, ensuring accurate allocation and reconciliation of expenditures.
2. Coordinate key departmental and cross-functional projects from inception to delivery.
3. Prepare strategic presentations for various meetings, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution.
4. Manage incoming requests from Maisons and Group departments, ensuring timely and complete responses.
5. Draft and circulate high-level minutes from meetings, capturing and tracking action items to completion.
6. Identify opportunities for internal visibility and continuous improvement of departmental workflows.

1. Solid experience in project management, operations, communications, or strategy roles.
2. Prior exposure to luxury, fashion, media, or corporate communications environments preferred.

1. Exceptional organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
5. Proficiency in English; French language skills a plus.
6. Advanced knowledge of project management and productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SAP, etc.).

Solid experience in project management, operations, communications, or strategy roles, preferably within luxury, fashion, media, or corporate communications environments.
