1. Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to the organization and control of the global service centers network.
2. Define operational standards, including lean management and process optimization.
3. Implement new digital solutions, such as diagnostic and repair tools.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to service centers in alignment with Maisons policies.
5. Document operational procedures and guidelines for service centers.
6. Support the implementation of harmonized business processes across Richemont Maisons and regions.
7. Define project roadmaps, monitor progress, and maintain deadlines.
8. Review and enhance analysis tools to measure efficiency, such as STO and VSM.
9. Build benchmark grids to compare service center performance.
10. Perform data analysis and provide management reports.
11. Identify potential areas for improvement and conduct regular status updates with involved entities.

1. Master’s degree in engineering.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
3. Good knowledge of project and organization management.
4. Results-oriented with strong listening and communication skills.

1. Proactivity, adaptability, and autonomy.
2. Ability to travel worldwide.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

No prior experience required, but a strong understanding of project management and organizational skills is essential.
