Richemont Project Engineer

- Lead multidisciplinary projects within the Industrialization Machines and Processes department.
- Develop production equipment and resolve technical issues.
- Acquire new equipment and ensure process mastery.
- Maintain strong collaboration with production teams and provide technical solutions.
- Propose optimizations for processes and quality.
- Degree in Engineering (HES, EPF, or Grandes Ecoles) in mechanical engineering.
- Experience in machine design and development with proficiency in CAD tools (Solidworks preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a hands-on approach.
- Autonomous with an entrepreneurial spirit, rigor, and pragmatism.
A minimum of initial experience in machine design and development, with additional experience in mechanical assembly and manufacturing preferred.
Degree in Engineering (HES, EPF, or Grandes Ecoles) in mechanical engineering.
