1. Lead multidisciplinary projects within the Industrialization Machines and Processes department.
2. Develop production equipment and resolve technical issues.
3. Acquire new equipment and ensure process mastery.
4. Maintain strong collaboration with production teams and provide technical solutions.
5. Propose optimizations for processes and quality.

1. Degree in Engineering (HES, EPF, or Grandes Ecoles) in mechanical engineering.
2. Experience in machine design and development with proficiency in CAD tools (Solidworks preferred).

2. Results-oriented with a hands-on approach.
3. Autonomous with an entrepreneurial spirit, rigor, and pragmatism.

A minimum of initial experience in machine design and development, with additional experience in mechanical assembly and manufacturing preferred.

Degree in Engineering (HES, EPF, or Grandes Ecoles) in mechanical engineering.
