Richemont Project Coordinator

- Support the Regional Project Manager in initiatives related to 5S, platform renovations, layout changes, sustainability, security, health and safety, and operational improvements.
- Develop manuals and presentation materials.
- Assist in change management processes.
- Accurately and efficiently process payment-related documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Manage and digitize documents using SharePoint and scanning technologies.
- Handle visitor and telephone inquiries, both internal and external.
- Oversee and enhance facility management operations.
- Address employee inquiries related to facility management.
- Minimum of three years of experience in administrative roles, including operations and facility management.
- Proficiency in Japanese; English skills are advantageous.
- Strong team player with a passion for supporting others.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with vendors and other departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and SAP.

A minimum of three years in administrative, operations, or facility management roles is required.
