- Assist the Business Development Manager in defining and establishing the department’s vision, key processes, and tools.
- Support the project portfolio management process and alignment with key stakeholders across different divisions.
- Update the Business Development knowledge base and assist in communicating the department’s new way of working.
- Assist the European project manager in implementing large-scale initiatives within Digital Client Relations and Omni-Channel in Europe.
- Support the execution of project tasks, workshops, steering committees, and status reports with local and global project teams.
- Create presentations and assist the region’s decision-making process for different aspects of the project.
- Create templates to support project activities, information gathering, and data/progress visualization.
- Monitor key project indicators and assist the project manager and key stakeholders in taking action when necessary.
- Enrollment in a university program for the entire duration of the internship.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to summarize information from varied sources.
- Flexibility and proactivity.
- Passion for people and teamwork.
- Interest in the luxury market and E-Commerce business.
- Strong computer/system skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
- Fluency in English.
No prior professional experience is required, but a keen interest in the luxury industry and digital transformation is essential.
Must be enrolled in a university program.
Exposure to key decision-makers and influencers within the luxury fashion industry.
